What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL DRIVERS position at Elite Metered Concrete?
Elite Metered Concrete, located in Chittenango, NY is looking for full time Class B (or higher) drivers. These are full time positions. We are looking for on site ready mix drivers, dump truck drivers and a delivery driver for our precast items. Applicants must be available to work six days a week (Monday - Saturday). All applicants must possess a CDL Class B or higher & current DOT med cert and are required to have and maintain a clean driving record. Applicants must be able to sit for long periods of time, lift / carry / push / pull items from 5 to 80 pounds, climb stairs and ladders. This is a full time position; therefore the applicant must be able and willing to work in all weather conditions. Job duties include (but are not limited to) : maintaining a clean and safe truck, preform pre and post trips, working well with other staff and customers, loading truck with loader, small truck repairs and maintenance.
