What are the responsibilities and job description for the Precast Concrete Laborer position at Elite Metered Concrete?
Elite Companies, located in Chittenango, NY is looking for precast laborers for the upcoming season. This is a fulltime position with mandatory overtime in the summer. Applicants must have reliable transportation, show up on time and be ready and willing to work. Job duties include, but are not limited to : Must be able to lift / carry / push / pull 5 to 100 pounds, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, safely load and unload customers using a forklift, assist in loading trucks, properly set up precast forms, pour and finish concrete, safely strip concrete from forms, yard maintenance including weedeating, repair and maintenance of precast forms, work well with others. No experience necessary, we will train! Applicant must be able to keep busy by sweeping / cleaning shop, cutting and stocking wire mesh and rebar, yard work, etc. Elite offers paid sick time, paid Holidays and health insurance. Pay is determined upon experience.
