Mold Restoration Technician/ Reconstruction (Oviedo)
Employment type: full-time

Responsibilities:

• Perform mold remediation and restoration services, ensuring compliance with safety standards at various types of properties.
• Assess damage from water and fire incidents, providing effective restoration solutions.
• Utilize hand and power tools for cleaning and restoration tasks.
• Restore as necessary to make the property whole
• Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients and addressing their concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used, ensuring proper documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion and high-quality results.
• Accurate estimation and sketching skills
• Rebuilding and reconstruction.
• Run a daily schedule, managing job site remediation and an on-call schedule. (some rotating weekend work is required)

We accept applications and conduct interviews for a Reconstruction Technician with accurate estimation, sketching, and solid customer service skills. Rebuilding and restoration are the main focus.

Experience on-site with various customers and rebuilding water-damaged homes and business areas is required.

Candidates must have the following:

• Renovation Experience
• Have skills in two or more areas of expertise -tile, rebuilding, woodwork, plumbing, drywall repair, or multiple skills in overall renovation.
• Must have a CLEAN AND CURRENT driving record and a valid driver's license - no exceptions.
• Great customer service skills and a customer service-driven attitude; lift 50 pounds and manage equipment effectively.
• Must speak English; however, Bilingual skills are a welcome plus.
• Be reliable and responsible, able to work independently, in good condition/health, and able to manage lifting, bending, stairs, and heavy equipment.
• Computer literate
• Must have transportation to and from work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
