Director of Nursing Responsibilities / Duties Include :
- Directing and developing nursing staff to include assisting with scheduling of nursing department staff
- Promote and restores the patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area
- Ensuring nursing operational standards are met
- Conduct resident assessments and evaluations, coordinate resident care management and perform necessary RN duties
- Collaborating with the Physician and the interdisciplinary team.
