Duties Include :
Maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner; Assure that maintenance schedules are followed as outlined; Receive and follow maintenance schedule and instructions from supervisor ; Perform routine maintenance; Follow all established safety pr ocedures and precautions when performing maintenance service; Properly clean and store equipment after use; Follow fire safety policies and procedures ; Replenish maintenanc e supplies as needed .
