Job Title: Full-Time Staffer & Clinical Support Specialist
Location: Hybrid | Palm Desert, CA
Schedule: Saturday–Wednesday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Days Off: Thursday & Friday
On-Call: One week per month (unrestricted on-call)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Clinical Staffer & Support Specialist to join our growing team at Elite Nursing Concierge Care and Empowerment Home Care. This full-time, hybrid role combines nurse and caregiver scheduling with hands-on clinical field support, making it ideal for someone with a healthcare background (CNA, MA, or LVN) and strong coordination skills.
The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with healthcare experience, ready to support both the operations team and our staff in the field. This position is essential to ensuring shifts are filled, field teams are equipped, and client care runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities: Staffing & Scheduling
- Coordinate daily nurse and caregiver shift coverage across multiple regions
- Assign shifts based on availability and skill set
- Respond to call-outs and urgent scheduling changes
- Maintain and update WellSky calendars and internal tracking tools
- Create and manage WhatsApp case communication threads
- Collaborate with the Care Concierge Manager on ongoing scheduling needs
- Confirm shift assignments and ensure caregiver/nurse availability aligns with client needs
- Participate in one week of unrestricted on-call coverage per month (evenings/weekends)
Clinical & Field Support
- Serve as front desk support during office hours
- Restock and organize clinical supplies
- Deliver supplies and paperwork to nurses and caregivers in the field
- Visit client homes to complete onboarding paperwork as needed
- Assist with new client intakes and internal care coordination
- Support the admin team with filing, communication, and other operational tasks
- Help maintain a clean and professional office environment
- Make calls to field staff and clients as needed for updates and confirmations
Qualifications:
- CNA, MA, or LVN license required (new grads welcome)
- Previous experience in scheduling, field coordination, or medical office preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable driving to clients and supporting field staff (mileage reimbursed)
- Tech-savvy with basic experience using EMR systems, Google Workspace, and communication apps (WhatsApp, Dropbox)
- Willingness to be on-call one week per month for after-hours staffing support
