About the Role :

Qualifications :
- Active CNA certification or Clinical license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move patients and equipment as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in medical terminology and a strong clinical understanding.
- Demonstrate experience in outpatient care and electronic medical records.
- Precise and efficient communication with patients.

Responsibilities :
Assist in patient assessment and the delivery of personalized treatment plans.
Promote a healing and comfortable environment for patients.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records to ensure continuity of care.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to safety protocols.
Provide direct patient care, assist in orthopedic treatments, pain management, and other essential musculoskeletal care.
Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to create a positive and supportive patient experience.
Demonstrate critical thinking and a calm demeanor.
