We are seeking a passionate professional to join our premier Regenexx practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will guide prospective patients through their transformative journey while building a rewarding career.
Primary Responsibilities
Your role centers on connecting with patients to understand their orthopedic needs and help them achieve life-changing results. You will conduct personalized consultations, present customized treatment plans, and shepherd patients through their decision-making process. Managing the full sales cycle, you'll track key metrics while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and professionalism.
Essential Functions
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments and ensuring they are fully prepared for their visit. You will provide clear communication about procedures, answer questions, and assist with any necessary pre-visit requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with the medical team to ensure a seamless patient experience. Your role will also include front desk responsibilities, such as checking in patients, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. Strong organizational and customer service skills are essential to supporting both patients and the healthcare team effectively.
You will lead consultations with prospective patients, clearly communicating procedure benefits and financing options. Building strong relationships with the medical team ensures seamless patient experiences. You'll manage your sales pipeline through our CRM system while meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years in consultative sales, preferably in regenerative medicine, medical devices, or healthcare-related fields .
- Medical Knowledge : Understanding of medical terminology, patient care coordination, and healthcare procedures to effectively communicate treatment options.
- Interpersonal Skills : Strong ability to connect with patients and medical professionals, demonstrating high emotional intelligence and empathy .
- Sales & Performance : Proven track record of sales achievement , with the ability to educate patients on procedures and financing options.
- Education : A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Schedule Flexibility : Availability to work evening and weekend hours as needed to accommodate patient schedules.
- Technology Proficiency : Comfortable using CRM systems, electronic medical records (EMR), and other scheduling tools .
