Job Summary
The Parking Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the parking facility, ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience for customers. This role involves managing staff, implementing policies, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen understanding of retail math to effectively manage operations and drive revenue.
Duties
- Supervise and train parking/valet staff to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including cash register operations and daily reconciliations.
- Implement and enforce parking policies and procedures to maintain safety and security within the facility.
- Monitor parking lot activity, ensuring compliance with regulations and addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- The Parking/Valet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the parking operations to include, but not limited to, daily parking operations, scheduled events, parking safety, training, staffing and scheduling.

Requirements:
-MUST be 21 years of age or Older
-MUST have valid Driver's license
-MUST pass background check, all applicants will undergo a background check prior to employment.
-Ability to demonstrate professionalism with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Willingness to work in outdoor elements
-Previous experience a plus
-Must have own transportation to and from work
