Shuttle Driver

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently between designated locations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to handle various driving conditions. As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for all passengers.

Duties

• Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers to and from specified locations.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with passengers regarding schedules, routes, and any changes.
• Assist passengers with heavy lifting of luggage or personal items as needed.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns.
• Keep accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and vehicle maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with dispatchers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Shuttle Driver or in related roles such as school bus driving, delivery driver, limousine driver, or van driver is preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety protocols is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Experience in heavy lifting and assisting passengers with their belongings is beneficial.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
