This is a full time (0.8-1.0), salaried-exempt Oncology Services Director position in the Oncology department.
The Oncology Services Administrative Director is a qualified professional with appropriate leadership experience. He/she is responsible for clinical direction, quality outcomes, and financial health of their service line. Director roles are house-wide, functional, and multidisciplinary and service oriented. The Director follows the established leadership principles at Community Medical Center. Accepts leadership as a sacred trust, exhibits a pride of ownership, customer focused, strategically oriented, demonstrated teamwork, and delegates appropriately.
Minimum Required
Must have Cancer Center experience.

Minimum Required
- Bachelor's degree or better in Business, Leadership/Management or Healthcare related field is required.
- Five (5) years of leadership required.
- Demonstrated success with teambuilding, collaborative work with physicians, project management, and process improvement projects.
- Proficient in English.
- Verbal and written communication skill and computer skills required.
- Master's degree in Nursing, Business, Leadership/Management or Healthcare related field preferred.
- Prior Cancer Center leadership experience or like experience within a medical clinic group system with daily operation experience to include staffing, recruiting, operations and physician management.
- Joint Commission and COC survey readiness experience.
Must have Cancer Center experience.

Salary : $105,000 - $130,000
