What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacist position at ELITE PATH SOLUTIONS LLC?
Each staff pharmacist is responsible for the preparation and dispensing of medications and pharmaceutical supplies for both Inpatients and Outpatients of CVPH.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Skills Required:
1. BS Pharmacy Registered Pharmacist (NYS) required.
2. Hospital Pharmacy experience preferred.
3. Computer knowledge preferred.
Shift:
Primary shift: 2:30p to 11p
Secondary shifts: 1p to 9:30p and 7a to 3:30p
This is a bargaining unit position
At least 2 years of inpatient Hospital Pharmacy experience
Current NY state pharmacist license (or able to obtain)
Ability to work onsite
Willingness to work Evening shift
