Responsibilities
- Provide professional grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for dogs and cats.
- Assess the condition of pets’ coats and skin to determine appropriate grooming techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness of the grooming area, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for pets.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets’ grooming needs and any health concerns observed during grooming.
- Handle animals safely and compassionately while ensuring their comfort throughout the grooming process.
- Stay updated on the latest grooming trends and techniques to provide the best service possible.
- Collaborate with our team to enhance overall customer experience and pet care.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pet grooming is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of various dog breeds, coat types, and appropriate grooming techniques.
- Experience in animal handling and dog handling is essential.
- Certification in veterinary technology or as a veterinary technician is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Excellent driving record and proof of insurance required.
