Entry-Level Permit Technician

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working closely with our Project Managers to help keep projects running smoothly
- Handling permit processing and ensuring everything is on track
- Answering phone calls and directing visitors with a friendly, professional approach
- Organizing calendars, schedules, and appointments to help keep things running efficiently
- Creating and managing spreadsheets, presentations, and other project-related documents
- Keeping an organized filing system to ensure we stay on top of everything
- Doing internet research to gather info for projects
- Updating reports and entering data as needed
- Learning new software, industry practices, and building relationships with the team
- Getting familiar with the construction process to better support the projects
- Scheduling inspections and ensuring everything is on schedule

- A love for technology and experience with tools like Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint) and Google Chrome
