Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, this role is integral in managing the foundation's DonorPerfect database while driving donor engagement and supporting development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain the DonorPerfect database with accuracy and precision, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Partner with the Director of Philanthropy to create and execute donor retention and stewardship strategies.
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing fundraising campaigns.
- Oversee gift processing, ensuring all donations are accurately recorded and acknowledged.
- Coordinate donor acknowledgments and prepare tax receipts.
- Organize and manage the annual fund campaign.
- Conduct donor research to identify and cultivate new prospects.
- Develop and implement stewardship plans for small to mid-level donors.
- Create donor retention strategies tailored to various donor segments.
- Track and engage workplace-giving donors while enhancing initiatives for first-time donors.
