The Role: Operations Support Rockstar
We’re on the hunt for a proactive, detail-obsessed team player to join our Operations team. If you’re someone who’s organized, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment—this could be the perfect fit.
You’ll work across departments—Marketing, Project Management, Finance, and more—gaining valuable exposure while supporting daily operations. It’s a dynamic role with room to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the welcoming face of the office—greet visitors, help with meetings, and keep things running smoothly
- Manage office supply orders, company gear, and meal planning for in-house events
- Keep the Bethesda office tidy, stocked, and running like a well-oiled machine
- Coordinate logistics for major company events, like our annual summer outing and holiday celebration
- Help with client holiday gifts—from ordering to packaging and delivery
- Liaise with vendors for office maintenance and tech troubleshooting
- Track and manage company construction tools and equipment
- Support Finance and Project Management teams with administrative tasks and document creation
- Assist with printing and organizing estimating materials as needed
Note: You may be asked to pitch in on other tasks—flexibility is key!
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat
- Willingness to learn construction software (like Procore)
- A can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
- On site 5 days a week
Salary : $55 - $60
