TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Rate: $40 per hour)
Location: Century City
Schedule: 8AM to 5PM (fully in office)
Pay: $40/hour
Duration: 3-months (could be extended)
Our client is a global financial services firm located in West Los Angeles seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant for an immediate 3-month temporary assignment.
The ideal candidate will have administrative support experience within financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Process expense reports.
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:
- Proven administrative experience with experience working within a fast-paced finance firm.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
