What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Associate position at Elite Placement Group, Inc.?
The Administrator will be responsible for providing daily operational support for bank debt & structured products. Responsibilities include :
- Reconciling manager's positions against the trustee, custodians & agent banks
- Processing bank loan activity. Activity includes principal and interest payments, PIK's, delayed draw borrowings, setting up contracts, and all other activity associated with the bank loan lifecycle.
- Assist with bank loan trade settlements on ClearPar from a backup and overflow capacity
- Work with the rest of the Loan Operations team to setup new accounts internally and externally on ClearPar and with custodians
- Review daily reporting and perform daily checks
- Internal & external reporting
The candidate should have prior experience with the following systems :
The ideal candidate is someone who has bank debt operations experience and has worked with fixed income securities. A bachelor's degree is required and 2 year's experience working with bank debt is preferred.
