This role serves as the critical gatekeeper between Sales, Operations, and Pricing, ensuring new client engagements are both viable and profitable. By managing and enforcing an established go / no-go checklist, this individual will bridge the gap between customer expectations and operational reality, preventing revenue loss and ensuring sustainable growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to push back when necessary to protect business interests while fostering successful client relationships.
Key Focus Areas :
- Risk Mitigation – Assess new client opportunities using a structured checklist to prevent unprofitable deals.
- Cross-Functional Alignment – Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Pricing to validate feasibility before commitments are made.
- Expectation Management – Ensure customer promises align with operational capabilities to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Decision Enablement – Provide data-backed insights to leadership on whether to move forward with new clients.
