A growing, PE-backed industrial service company is building a data analytics & reporting team. This newly created role is ideal for an intellectually curious professional who thrives on developing analytics from the ground up and leveraging data to drive business success and operational excellence within the Commercial Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and standardized templates for leadership.
• Support planning, forecasting, and data modeling to enhance decision-making.
• Establish measurable improvements across key business areas.
• Serve as the key point of contact for reporting and translate complex data insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Optimize processes to improve data collection and reporting efficiency.
• Ensure seamless data integration across multiple systems.
• Implement best practices for data governance and accuracy.
• Partner with IT to integrate reporting tools and automate processes.
• Drive transformation and foster change adoption.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 2-3 years in reporting, analytics, or financial planning roles.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in industrial, logistics, or service-based industries.
• Key Skills: Highly analytical, strong communicator, collaborative, and adept at translating data into actionable insights.
