Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes child welfare and encourages positive behavior management.
- Utilize Montessori methods and other educational frameworks to enhance learning experiences for toddlers and young children.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to ensure a holistic approach to each child's education.
- Maintain an organized classroom that is conducive to learning and reflects the interests of the students.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in lesson planning and classroom management.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Montessori education or similar methodologies is a plus.
