We are looking for a positive individual to join our team that has experience in reading CAD Architectural drawings. This candidate would be responsible for reading the plans, making estimates for the job and ordering the materials for the job. Attention to detail is an important factor for this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools.
- Strong project management and coordination skills, with a focus on construction site operations.
- Experience with construction estimating and familiarity with CAD.
- Excellent time management abilities and understanding of contracts related to construction projects.
- Knowledge of heavy construction equipment and techniques is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
