Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of residential pools.
- Inspect pool equipment for proper functioning and identify any necessary repairs.
- Utilize hand tools to conduct repairs on pool equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool.
- Communicate with clients regarding maintenance schedules, repairs, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in pool maintenance, including cleaning and servicing pools.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Previous experience as a service technician is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
