Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing residential and commercial pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functioning properly. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in various environments.
This job posting covers positions from Associate Maintenance Technicians (no experience necessary), to Lead Service Technicians (Experience and valid Driver's License Required). Compensation based on experience.

Duties
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
- Inspect and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chemical feeders.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for equipment repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct water testing and balance chemicals to ensure optimal water quality.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and communicate findings to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing client inquiries or concerns regarding their pool systems.
- Follow safety protocols while working with chemicals and equipment in various environments.
Skills (Pay/Compensation based on prior skills, though none are necessary!)
- Proficient in equipment repair with a focus on pool-related machinery.
- Strong knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and maintenance procedures.
- Experience using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Solid mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with pool systems.
- Previous experience as a service technician is preferred but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
