Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Documents and Process Analyst to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our legal operations by conducting thorough legal research, drafting documents, and providing administrative support. This position requires strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
MUST HAVE OPERATIONS AND / OR SYSTEMS ANALYST EXPERIENCE TO APPLY
Legal background is a plus, but NOT required.
Requirements : Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive legal research to support ongoing cases and projects.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and memos.
Organize and maintain legal files and documentation in accordance with establish protocols.
Assist attorneys with case preparation by gathering relevant information and evidence.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates.
Analyze legal issues and provide recommendations based on findings.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
