Our small office is looking to add Mental Health Services (dfor our existing patient base. These services will focus mostly on adult depression, anxiety, adult ADHD, with occasional Bi-Polar and PTSD. The new provider must have the appropriate designation to allow for an expanded scope of practice, insurance reimbursement, and independent practice.
You already know that Primary Care is challenging. We all work five days a week. There are lots of patients depending on us. There is very little flexibility. But it is also rewarding. We get to be a part of comfort and healing for so many.
