The Role: More Than a Home Checker

As a Home Check & Concierge Professional, you will be the trusted expert for absentee homeowners who rely on us to keep their homes and estates in pristine condition. You’ll perform meticulous inspections, document every detail, anticipate issues before they happen, and deliver a level of service that sets us apart from the competition.

Your Mission:

✔ Conduct weekly or bi-weekly home checks on luxury properties, ensuring homes are secure, fully operational, and maintained to the highest standards.

✔ Inspect every detail—HVAC systems, pools, plumbing, security, and overall property condition—using a structured process designed for precision.

✔ Utilize our state-of-the-art technology, including barcode scanning, mobile apps and photo documentation, to log every check with 100% accuracy.

✔ Capture and upload high-resolution photos (50-150 per visit) using mobile app for real-time reporting to clients.

✔ Identify and report maintenance issues before they become costly problems.

✔ Coordinate with top-tier service providers (HVAC, pool, landscape, security) to ensure seamless property management.

✔ Provide concierge-level services, such as pre-arrival home preparation, vendor coordination, and personalized client requests.

✔ Own the relationship—become the trusted advisor who provides clarity, solutions, and peace of mind to absentee homeowners.

What We Expect from You:

✔ A documented track record of exceptional attention to detail and professionalism.

✔ Experience in property management, home inspections, luxury hospitality, real estate, or a related field.

✔ Strong understanding of home systems (HVAC, pools, plumbing, security, landscaping).

✔ Expert in using mobile and computer technology for reporting and documentation (Salesforce, Jobber, CompanyCam, barcode scanning).

✔ Physically capable of performing inspections, including checking attics, crawl spaces, and exteriors.

✔ A high level of discretion and trustworthiness—our clients depend on us to protect their homes and privacy.

✔ A commitment to continuous improvement—we expect every team member to document and present their progress in each review.
