This role presents a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our growth, with the potential to create and shape a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) position and build a strong marketing team to drive sustained success.

Position Overview

As the Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that elevates brand awareness, drives sales, and fosters customer loyalty. Working directly with the CEO, you will lead campaigns, oversee content and digital marketing efforts, and manage social media strategies.

This role is ideal for a visionary and data-driven marketer with a passion for fitness and e-commerce, who is ready to scale the company and lay the foundation for its marketing future.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and refine Elite Pro Equipment’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visuals across all channels.
  • Establish the brand as a trusted leader in the fitness industry through authentic and engaging storytelling.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to execute brand-aligned campaigns.

Digital Marketing

  • Lead digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, display ads, social media, and influencer partnerships to drive traffic and sales.
  • Optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and boost website traffic.
  • Oversee PPC campaigns, ensuring effective budget allocation and maximized ROI.
  • Implement email marketing strategies with personalized and automated campaigns to enhance customer retention.

Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Manage and grow the brand’s presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Develop and execute content strategies, including product videos, tutorials, and customer success stories.
  • Build partnerships with fitness influencers, athletes, and ambassadors to enhance brand reach.

E-Commerce & Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure product listings, website content, and UX are optimized for conversion.
  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and campaigns to drive higher engagement and sales.
  • Plan and execute seasonal promotions, product launches, and special offers.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to adapt and stay ahead in the market.
  • Report regularly on marketing KPIs, including traffic, engagement, and ROI metrics.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Supervise and mentor team members (e.g., Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager) as the department grows.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, and e-commerce, preferably in the fitness, health, or consumer goods industries.

Skills:

  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, and social media management.
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  • Proven ability to create compelling content and manage social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) 
  • AI tools
