What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping position at Elite Property Management?
We are currently looking for Housekeeping/Janitorial for apartment complexes in the Detroit, Michigan area.
Cleaning stairwells, elevators, common areas, offices.
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting windowsills
Wiping down/disinfecting door handles, stair rails, elevator key pads
Trash
Laundry room removing trash, mopping – making sure it is clean
Assist maintenance as necessary
Janitor goes in and cleans refrigerator out immediately of all food, clean cupboards, and spray the oven to be cleaned let sit if need be and go back and clean it.
Maintenance does their thing – see above
After all work is completed – vacuuming, wiping counter tops down, cleaning stove and refrigerator (if not done earlier), bathrooms, refreshing the unit
Janitor can help remove bags of trash
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
