Key Responsibilities

• Execute on-site inspections to evaluate property damage, collect essential documentation (including photographs and measurements), and generate detailed reports and damage estimates.
• Negotiate with insurance company adjusters to secure fair settlements that prioritize the policyholder's interests.
• Act as the primary advocate for policyholders, effectively communicating claim updates, next steps, and addressing any concerns throughout the claims journey.
• Maintain meticulous records of all communications, inspections, and agreements to guarantee transparency and regulatory compliance.
