Description
In this role, you will be become a part of the Human Resources team with a focus on administrative and generalist functions for Elite Quartz, which include:
- Employee electronic record keeping via Paylocity ATS
- Facilitate and organize new hire Onboarding training
- Manage employee 90-day and annual review processes
- Assure compliance with all SC and Federal labor laws and regulations
- Assist with disciplinary actions
- Maintain employee handbook/policies and procedures for HR Department
- Work with management regarding staffing needs, recruitment and retention
- Accounts payable functions - receipt verification, invoice processing, credit card payments
- Inventory - periodic count of materials and supplies
- Other administrative duties as assigned
This role will develop over time and may include additional duties
Requirements
2 years' experience in Accounting or Human Resources
Microsoft Office Suite
Google Suite
BA in related field preferred
Must be organized, a good communicator and have the ability to multitask with ease
