JOB SUMMARY :

The Inside Sales Representative will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently and professionally. This role involves managing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Client Interaction : Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Order Management : Process client orders accurately and coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

Communication : Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding product specifications, order status, and any updates or changes.

Problem Resolution : Collaborate with internal departments to address client concerns and improve overall service delivery.

Documentation : Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

  • A minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in the Dietary Supplements or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments to meet client needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
