Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Nursing located in Miami, FL. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for nursing management of a skilled nursing facility in either North Miami Beach or Central Miami (we have two different companies hiring right now!)
Qualifications
Nursing Management and Long-term Care skills
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Experience in healthcare administration and staff supervision as DON
Experience workikg in Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing facilities/Nursing Homes
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
