We are looking for a Registered Nurse with years of experience working in Long Term Care, in a skilled nursing facility, as a Director of Nursing. You will oversee all care for our residents at our 85 bed Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities:
- The goal is to promote patient’s well-being by providing high-quality nursing care.
- Work with AHCA to achieve improvements in annual survey & star rating.
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
- Work closely with staff to improve staff morale and reduce turnover.
Requirements:
- Years of leadership experience, working in a skilled nursing facility.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and compassionate
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
- Registered Nurse
- Valid FL nursing license or willing to quickly obtain one
