Role Overview :
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our team in Lafayette, Louisiana. This full-time, on-site role involves managing engineering resources, optimizing processes, fostering team development, and maintaining client and vendor relationships. The Engineering Manager will oversee multiple large projects and assist in R&D initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Management : Direct engineering teams in the US and India to design and develop custom products.
- Process Optimization : Enhance engineering processes for better efficiency and quality.
- Client & Vendor Relationships : Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Team Development : Mentor and lead a high-performing engineering team.
- Project Management : Manage multiple large projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and meeting client specifications.
- R&D Initiatives : Assist in research and development initiatives to drive innovation.
- Travel : Occasionally travel to other offices, including Chennai, India.
- Compliance & Standards : Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
