We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for transforming spaces according to client specifications, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for remodeling projects.
- Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, flooring, and finishing work as needed.
- Install cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and other elements in accordance with design plans.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations throughout the remodeling process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
- Manage materials and supplies efficiently to minimize waste and ensure timely project completion.
Experience
- Proven experience in residential remodeling or construction is required.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to remodeling tasks.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in construction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
