DAY-TO-DAY TASKS

DAY-TO-DAY TASKS

·         Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and insurance companies to ensure issues are dealt with quickly and                        effectively

·         Upload jobsite notes and photos within Dash

·         Installation of drywall, cabinets, flooring, doors, windows

·         Controlled demolition to include baseboard & carpet cushion removal 

·         Painting, along with trim finish work

·         Responsible for vehicle safety, inspections, and overall maintenance

·         Maintain proper equipment 

·         Ability to be “on-call” during nights and weekends, as needed

·         Ability to drive a truck, while pulling a trailer

·         Other duties as assigned

Repair Technicians help the victims of disasters such as fire, flood, mold, or other events by cleaning damaged properties, repairing and installing new materials, and restoring people's homes or businesses. 

Individuals understand their role and how their position fits within the bigger picture of their department and the company.

Requirement

 REQUIREMENTS

.  Valid Driver License

.  General knowledge of power tools

.  Ability to understand verbal and written instructions 

.  Move and transport up to 50 lbs. 

.  Ability to climb, crawl, stand, stoop, kneel, move/traverse, bend and reach with hands and arms for extended periods of time 

.  Operate hand and electric tools

Work Environment

WORK ENVIORNMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. May be required to operate in close quarters, crawl spaces, small rooms, and narrow aisles and passageways.
