Responsibilities
- Manage a crew of roof mechanics and laborers throughout installation, repair, or removal projects
- Supervise equipment use
- Track and report progress
- Ensure project specifications are followed
- Submit employee timesheets
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience either as Foreman or Supervisor commercial or residential roofing crews
- Valid state Driver's License
- OSHA 30-hour card, a plus
- Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish preferred), a plus
- Dependable and self motivated
- Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States
