Embroidery Machine Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team in Ventura, CA. In this role, you will operate and maintain embroidery machines to create high-quality, customized products. Experience with the Tajima Sai embroidery machine is a bonus, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities are to operate embroidery machines to produce designs on various textiles, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Load and adjust threads, needles, and materials as needed for specific designs.
Design Preparation

Read and interpret design files, ensuring proper setup for size, color, and placement.
Input and adjust embroidery settings using machine software.
Quality Assurance

Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet company and customer standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to maintain consistent production.
Maintenance

Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines to ensure smooth operation.
