Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations for excavation crews (both internal and subcontractors).
- Liaise with clients to ensure clear communication and project updates.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and crew scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and safety standards.
- Track and report job progress, including materials and labor.
- Conduct job costing analysis to ensure project profitability.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and DocuSign.
- Experience in job costing analysis and project management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in construction or excavation industries.
- Familiarity with permit pulling and project inspections.
