Elite Security & Staffing is looking to hire former law enforcement and public safety professionals to join our team as Risk Reduction Specialists. To work with our security team at sporting events, concerts, and other special events and facilities throughout San Diego County.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements-
- Oversee Risk Reduction in the field & support security officers interfacing with guests & law enforcement at various venues & events.
- Write reports and coach and approve reports written by employees.
- Interact effectively with the public & public safety organizations.
- Assure the safety & security of client's property & guests.
- Respond to emergencies & incidents.
- Provide support with minors, evictions, & proper reporting.
- Must have law enforcement experience.
- Must have a guard license with the State of California.
- Most assignments DO NOT require an armed firearm permit or CCW, however if a job requires a weapon, there is a wage premium offered.
Schedule & Benefits-
- Work is based on a variety of shift times and locations that meet our needs.
- Positions vary from sitting, to standing to roving.
- Shirt & jacket provided by Elite. You may wear your own black pants & black shoes.
- Hourly pay is $30.00, part-time, hours & days will vary based on your availability.
