160,000 - $220,000 (DOE) Bonus structure; Full Benefits; other monthly perks

• Responsible to run an office using best practices for conflict resolution, motivation, cost control, productivity, ethical behavior, legal knowledge, client relations.
• Superior organizational skills, time management.
• Management style, philosophy and techniques that fit the firm's culture are critical.
