Mobile Auto Detailer (100% Travel - Use Your Own Vehicle)

Elite Shine Mobile Detailing is looking for a professional, well-groomed, and motivated Mobile Auto Detailer to join our team! This position requires 100% travel to customer locations across Owensboro, Etown, and surrounding areas. You will use your own insured vehicle (preferably an SUV or truck) and connect to customers’ electricity and water.

This is a job-based position, meaning work will be assigned as needed, and hours will vary depending on demand. Some jobs will pay more than others, but no detail should take over 3.5 hours.

What We Offer:

• $30-$50 per hour, depending on the job.
• One paid training day at $15 per hour to ensure you understand our detailing process.
• All detailing equipment provided (must return upon leaving the position).
• No handling of cash—customers pay online or over the phone.

Requirements:

• Must have a reliable, insured vehicle (SUV or truck preferred).
• Willing to travel 100% of the time within our service area.
• No experience required—we will train you!
• Must be able to work flexible, on-call hours.
• Professional appearance and hygiene are required. Our detailers represent our brand, so we expect clean, well-groomed individuals who dress appropriately and do not smell like smoke while servicing customer vehicles.
• Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while detailing vehicles at our clients' locations.
• Perform thorough detailing, including interior, exterior detailing & eventually buffing, and polishing.
• Utilize your own vehicle to travel to client sites for mobile detailing services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing equipment and supplies.
• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific detailing needs.
