What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position at Elite Smart Home?
We are a Smart Technology company focused in the residential market. Our services include integrating smart devices such as lighting, shading, audio, video, and security. We are a well established but ever growing company with over 18 years in the business. We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated, detail oriented individual to add to our service team.
Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule service appointments directly with customers
- Confirm appointments and communicate delays with the clients
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
- Work with company internal software to prepare and schedule workorders to be completed
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Skills
- Completely comfortable with using various office software such as Office 365
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, scanners, etc.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
