- A deep understanding of smarthome technology, products and services
- A proven track record of successful industry related sales
- A deep understanding of residential construction
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A drive to succeed and a passion for exceeding expectations
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The ability to create new industry related relationships with builders, interior decorators, etc.
