Responsibilities- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on Estates and Trusts.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Participate in client meetings and negotiations.
- Support senior attorneys in trial preparation and courtroom appearances.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure case strategies are effectively executed.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the Bar and in good standing.
- 1-3 years of experience as an attorney.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
