Responsibilities will Include:
- Designing development projects: site layout, utilities, grading, and permits.
- Coordinating with team members and CAD Designers.
- Drafting and editing using Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Hydraflow, Vehicle Tracking, etc.)
- Preparing permit submittals and following up with agencies.
- Learning processes to aid Project Managers and Engineers.
- Excelling written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Training in industry-standard software.
- Organizational skills for file maintenance.
- Meeting project schedules, budgets, and maintaining quality.
- Fieldwork for project assessment and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
- 0-3 years of experience
- Engineer-in-training certification preferred
