- Design and analyze complex structural systems using software and manual calculations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and efficient solutions.
- Prepare and review detailed structural drawings and specifications.
- Evaluate project sites and provide recommendations for repair or retrofitting.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.
- Experience working on commercial projects and a background in a similar A/E firm is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience in the design of steel, concrete, and masonry structures.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, we provide:
