Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and supervise all on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project progression.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and identify potential issues.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain project documentation.
- Lead and mentor field staff, ensuring proper training and development.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to achieve project goals.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects in the commercial sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in construction management software and tools.
