- Manage case files and maintain organized documentation throughout the lifecycle of a case
- Prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing exhibits, evidence, and witnesses
- Track and meet monthly billable hour requirements (minimum of 155 hours)
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel regarding case-related matters
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and tracking deadlines
- Utilize legal software and databases to manage cases effectively and efficiently
- Experience: 10 years as a paralegal, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Education: Paralegal certification or degree in Legal Studies
- Skills:
- Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines

- Salary: $75,000 - $90,000, based on experience
